If there are problems with the execution of reports, or if the content of the reports is not displayed correctly, please create an issue and describe it exactly.

The first thing to check is whether the error can be reproduced and perhaps can already be specified.

  • Does the problem occur with all reports or only with one report?
  • Does the problem occur with all projects, or only with one project?
  • Does the problem occur with all positions or only with one position?
  • If the problem occurs with a derivation, you can check if the original report is working correctly.
  • Have the part lists been recalculated? Are there errors in the positions that need to be fixed first.
  • Does the problem occur with the latest program version?

If you have checked this, the error should be described as accurately as possible. Anyone who is working in the issue should be able to quickly understand the error.

  • Which report is affected? (Report name V7 or LL or both?)
  • Are certain items or positions affected?
  • If the values (length, number, color, …) are incorrect, please indicate how the correct value should be.
  • A screenshot with the appropriate problem often helps quickly.
  • In order to find duplicate issues in Jira, it is important to choose detailed titles and descriptions.

Please also make sure that an issue is created for each error and not several errors are collected in one issue. If an error can not reproduce in the status report, OrgaLog or Debwin can help us with the analysis.

Sollte es zu Problemen bei der Ausführung von Reports kommen, oder Inhalte der Reports nicht korrekt angezeigt werden, bitte einen Issue erstellen und möglich genau beschrieben.

Als erstes sollte überprüft werden, ob der Fehler nachvollziehbar ist und evtl. schon eingegrenzt werden kann.

-          Tritt das Problem bei allen Reports auf oder nur bei einem Report? -          Tritt das Problem bei allen Projekten auf, oder nur bei einem Projekt? -          Tritt das Problem bei allen Positionen auf, oder nur bei einer Position? -          Tritt das Problem bei einer Ableitung auf, kann geprüft werden, ob der Originalreport fehlerfrei funktioniert. -          Wurden die Stücklisten neu berechnet? Gibt es Fehler in den Positionen, die erst behoben werden müssen. -          Tritt das Problem mit der neusten Programmversion noch auf?

Anschließend sollte der Fehler möglichst genau beschrieben werden, damit jeder der den Issue bearbeitet den Fehler schnell nachvollziehen kann.

-          Welcher Report ist betroffen? (Reportname V7 oder LL oder beide?) -          Sind bestimmte Artikel oder Positionen betroffen? -          Sind Werte (Länge, Anzahl, Farbe, …) falsch, bitte angeben wie der richtige Wert lauten müsste. -          Ein Screenshot mit dem entsprechenden Problem hilft oft schnell weiter. -          Um in Jira später evtl. schon gelöste Issues wiederzufinden und gleiche Issues zu verlinken ist es wichtig, gute Titel und Beschreibungen zu wählen.

Bitte ebenfalls darauf achten, dass für jeden Fehler ein Issue erstellt wird und nicht mehrere Fehler in einem Issue gesammelt werden. Kann ein Fehler nicht im Status Report nachvollzogen werden können OrgaLog oder Debwin uns bei der Analyse helfen.
