Displays dialogs to change elevation assignments to a fabrication lot or dealer order.

Syntax
C#
ICoreInfoResult<IPhaseInfo> ChangeElevationAssignments();

Returns a IDialogResult with the PhaseInfo of the project the elevations belong to. The PhaseInfo is null if all elevation assignments are removed for a selected project.
