Checks whether a history entry or the current elevation can be edited or not.

Syntax

public IOperationInfo CanEditComment(IElevationInfo historicalElevationInfo = null);
Parameters
Description
IElevationInfo historicalElevationInfo = null
Defines the history entry to be edited. If null will use the current elevation. history entries can be retrieved with GetInfoHistory

Returns a IOperationInfo indicating whether the operation can be executed or not.
