Checks if the export of additional data of the elevation can be returned for the given parameters.

Parameters
Description
Dictionary<string, object> parameters
A list of parameters to define the export. WellKnownParameterKeys.Elevation.Information

Returns an IOperationInfo that contains a list of restrictions if the export is not possible.
