	BeginGetGdz	Asynchronously gets the current GDZ.
	BeginGetThumbnail	Asynchronously gets the current thumbnail. Calculates piece list if necessary.
	EndGetGdz	Waits for the ISynchronizedOperation.
	EndGetThumbnail	Waits for the ISynchronizedOperation.
	GetCurrentStep	Returns the current step of the Configurator.
	GetGdz	Gets the GDZ from the configurator as a Stream.
	GetPreviewImage	Returns the preview for an image with a given name.
	GetPrices	Returns the current prices. If a recalculation has to be done, its recalculated.
	GetThumbnail	Returns the current thumbnail. If a recalculation has to be done, its recalculated.
	GetVisualTree	Returns the visual tree stream in the format given by the parameter.
	NextVisualTree	This is NextVisualTree, a member of class ElementPricelistConfigurator.
	PreviousVisualTree	This is PreviousVisualTree, a member of class ElementPricelistConfigurator.
	Save	Applies the changes to the elevation.
	UpdateVisualTree	Updates the current visual tree.
