Phase Class

Phase is the representation of a LogiKal phase. The children are of type Elevation. The children can be received from the InfoList (CoreObject{T}.Infos).

	ReorderChild	Moves a child from it's current position to the new position defined by targetChild and ChildReorderBehavior. Changes the order of elevations.
	RestoreChild	Restores an Elevation based on a ElevationInfo.
