Parameters

ProjectCenterInfo projectCenterInfo	The ProjectCenterInfo of the ProjectCenter to be returned.
ProjectInfo projectInfo	The ProjectInfo contained in the ProjectCenter to be returned.

Returns

Returns a ProjectCenter based on the given ProjectCenterInfo and ProjectInfo.
